Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (May 13, 2019) – The Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies will make its debut at I-30 Speedway this Saturday during the Race for Chase.

The quarter-mile oval in Little Rock, Ark., marks the first track in the state of Arkansas to host the series and its three premier divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class. The event honors the late Chase Gibson and his father, Rodney Gibson.

Frank Flud is the currents points leader in both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class divisions. Flud has won five of the nine Stock Non-Wing races this season and seven of the nine Winged ‘A’ Class shows.

Ryan Timms is atop the Restricted ‘A’ Class championship standings thanks to his six wins in nine races this season.

Saturday is the first round of the Triple Crown. Any driver who wins the Restricted ‘A’ Class A Main on Saturday as well as the main events on July 6 at Arkoma Speedway in Arkoma, Okla., and Oct. 19 at Caney Valley Speedway in Caney, Kan., will earn a $1,500 bonus.

The Triple Crown format for the Restricted ‘A’ Class begins with drivers drawing for heat races. A group qualifying session will take place during hot laps and their time will set their heat race lineup with a four-car inversion. The number of heat races will determine how many cars transfer into the A Main. The B Main will be lined up straight off the finish in the heats, while the A Main will line up based off time with a six-car inversion.

The gates open at 5 p.m. with racing scheduled for 7:30 p.m. this Saturday.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $1 for children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old with a paying adult and free for military members with identification. Pit passes are $30.
