Mallett Welcomes Awakening Events to Team as it Goes ‘National’

Inside Line Promotions – GREENBRIER, Ark. (March 11, 2019) – Jordon Mallett is pleased to announce that he has landed a new primary marketing partner for the 2019 season.

Awakening Events, which is a nationwide, full service, live event company that is based in Greenbrier, Ark., has teamed up with Mallett as he is tackling the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour for the first time in his career.

“I was really excited that they were wanting to partner with us,” he said. “We’ve been concentrated in the Eastern and Southeastern area the last few years and now we’re racing across the country. They host a lot of events all over the country, including the Northwest. Plus, it’s really cool having an Arkansas company supporting our Arkansas team.”

Mallett is also thrilled that all of his partners from the 2018 season have returned this year.

“We’ve been blessed to have great marketing partners that have supported our team and we’re grateful for the lasting relationships we have as our team goes national,” he said. “Our partnerships have grown stronger and they see the value in investing in us so we’re thankful to have them back every year.”

Mallett is scheduled to race this Friday and Saturday at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas, during the 46th annual ASCS Spring Nationals. It’s the opening event for the ASCS National Tour and will be his debut at the half-mile oval.

“My job is to run well every night and represent our partners well every night,” he said. “We want to have a solid weekend. If we show up and do our job we’re normally pretty consistent at new places so we don’t expect anything to change. We’re good at adapting quickly.”

Mallett has one start under his belt in 2019. He guided Jeff and Nicole Oliver’s winged sprint car to a fifth-place run on Jan. 25 during a USCS Series event at Hendry County Motorsports Park in Clewiston, Fla.
