TriboDyn Lubricants Carolina Sprint Tour Continues Growth as Next Level Custom Apparel Named Official Apparel and Merchandise Supplier

Inside Line Promotions – TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. (Jan. 8, 2019) – The TriboDyn Lubricants Carolina Sprint Tour is excited to announce a new partnership with Next Level Custom Apparel, which will be the Official Apparel and Merchandise Supplier for the rising RaceSaver 305ci winged sprint car series.

Next Level Custom Apparel, which is based in Mooresville, N.C., is a leading custom apparel company that offers top-notch screen printing and embroidery. The business was founded by longtime short-track racing promoter Greg Burgess and his wife, Claudia.

“Greg has been a real professional on how to try to grow this thing,” Carolina Sprint Tour Owner Sean Vardell said. “We feel with him helping market the merchandise and helping grow the look and image of the series it will give our hometown drivers a big team feel.”

The opportunity comes on the heels of the Carolina Sprint Tour adding TriboDyn Lubricants as the primary sponsor in a multi-year agreement. The series has been around in some capacity for several years before Vardell made the 2018 season the first as the Carolina Sprint Tour.

Steve Surniak claimed the championship as the series averaged 15 cars per race. Vardell, who is the co-series director with Mike Sellers, is excited to build on that with the support of a new title sponsor and Official Apparel and Merchandise Supplier.

“The goal is to continue to grow and give an affordable place to race for the blue-collar working class,” Vardell said. “It’s a series dedicated to being more affordable. Instead of spending $50,000 on an engine you can spend $6,000 to $10,000 and be competitive. We want to see this thing continue to grow. On average we had about 15 cars (last year). We’d like to see 20 to 25 the next few years.”

The series has 16 points-paying races at 10 different tracks beginning April 27 at Sumter Speedway in Sumter, S.C. Most races will have an increased payout during the 2019 season, which wraps up the final weekend of September.

Everything is looking positive for the TriboDyn Lubricants Carolina Sprint Tour, which has Burgess even more excited about the future.

“We’re very excited to be working with Sean Vardell, Mike Sellers and all of the Carolina Sprint Tour staff, racers and fans,” Greg Burgess said. “Claudia and I have been fortunate to get to know the team well during the last year or so and their growth has been tremendous. We look forward to making sure that all of the CST fans have all of the latest and most popular swag as well as assisting with sales at some events this season.”
