The USAC East Coast Sprints have posted the newly updated 2019 Rule Book on their website under the Rule/Forms tab along with a Rule Bulletin containing the new "Outlaw" frame specs and other rules that will be suggested or mandatory in 2019. With our first racing season under our belts we realized there were some rules that we needed to add and some rules that we needed to clarify a little bit better.
In the 2019 Rule Book we have updated our yellow and red flag procedures and we have clarified the scaling process better than it was in last years Rule Book.
We are currently booking races for the 2019 racing season while attempting to secure a Series Sponsor that would like to partner up with us and our rapidly growing USAC East Coast Series.
