Inside Line Promotions – LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (Oct. 29, 2018) – Ryan Linder and X-1 Race Cars have a list of clients who not only run the chassis, but also excel in them. Chuck Hebing is one of those people on the distinguished list.
Hebing primarily raced with the Patriot Sprint Tour throughout the 2018 campaign. This year he picked up his third Patriot Sprint Tour championship to go with titles in 2006 and 2007. He also posted his 50th career Patriot Sprint Tour triumph, becoming the first driver to achieve that feat.
“It was a really good season for us,” he said. “We picked up seven wins with the Patriot Tour and 11 top fives. We were really happy with the outcome of the year.”
Hebing has run X-1 Race Cars for three years and is as happy as ever with how his car runs.
“Ryan is a great guy to work with and he’s been so helpful along the way,” Hebing said. “We really appreciate all that he does for the guys who run his cars and how much time he puts into making every single one of those chassis.”
Plans for next year aren’t set just yet, but Hebing said he intends to hit a mix of Patriot Sprint Tour races as well as Empire Super Sprint events.
“My daughter is racing with the Empire Super Sprints again next year so I may go to more of those with her,” he said. “We’re just going to wait until some schedules come out and then go from there.”
