NOW600 Mountain West Region Closes Inaugural Season Friday and Saturday at Jackpine Gypsies

DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Sept. 11, 2018) - The curtain will close on the NOW600 Mountain West Region presented by Hoosier Racing Tire this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 15-16 at Jackpine Gypsies Short Track in Sturgis, South Dakota.

The inaugural season of the Mountain West Region formerly known as the Black Hills Mini Sprint Tour went under the NOW600 sanctioning banner and name change during the first of January.

Out of 11 events contested so far this season, six drivers have went to victory lane in the A-Class division. While three have been victorious in Restricted.

Doug McIntosh leads the A-Class point standings with a 11 point lead over Ryan Fulk. Logan Hershey sits on the final podium spot 19 points back. Tom Peterson is fourth with Zach Kostaneski in fifth.

In Restricted 'A' Class competition, Nikko Bailes leads Tallen Hansen by 16 in the championship chase. Chance Babich is third. Brianna Rhoades fourth and Payton Parks fifth.

Both nights will get underway at 7pm.
