One of the most exciting weeks of the racing calendar in the Siouxland has arrived as the Park Jefferson Speedway presents the 5th running of the Iron Cup, presented by J&J Fitting. Drivers will be racing hard for 2 days at Park Jefferson for the right to hoist the Silver Iron Cup trophies above their head. Each night is a complete IMCA sanctioned event with drivers racing in a draw/redraw format. On Saturday, the drives with the best overall combined finish will be awarded the Iron Cup.
On M&H Equipment Preliminary night, the Artworks Graphics IMCA Modifieds will have top billing as they race in one of the first IMCA Fast Shafts All Star Qualifying events for the 2019 IMCA Super Nationals. Joining them on the card are the IMCA Sprint Cars, J&J Fitting Stock Cars, IMCA Sport Modifieds, Z98 IMCA Hobby Stocks, and IMCA Sport Compacts.
Saturday night will see ISTATE Truck Center Championship night as the famed Iron Cups are awarded. Drivers in the Artworks Graphics IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sprint Cars and J&J Fitting IMCA Stock Cars will all be racing hard for $1,000 top prizes. The IMCA Sport Modifieds and Z98 IMCA Hobby Stocks will also be gunning for $700 and the IMCA Sport Compacts for $200.

Gates both nights will open at 5pm with hot laps slated for 6:30 and racing at 7pm. Drivers are encouraged to arrive early to complete registration paperwork. Adult tickets both nights are $18, seniors $15 and children 6-16 are $5. 2 day passes can be purchased at www.parkjeff.com. The clubhouse will be open both nights for $12.
