Jack Dover took the lead on the third circuit of Saturday’s feature event at Park Jefferson Speedway. It’s the 7th win with MSTS in 2018 for Dover and 6th with the Nebraska 360s.
“Usually there’s a cushion up there,” said Dover about turns three and four at Park Jefferson. “I was just kind of coasting through that corner. It was one of those times where going slower is faster.”
Cody Ledger took the initial race lead and would finish second by 2.7 seconds. Lee Grosz maneuvered his way from eighth to a third place finish with Gregg Bakker and Eric Lutz completing the top ten.
Hard charger honors went to Jason Martin. The driver of the ByBee Electric #36 raced from 17th to finish sixth.
The race was red flagged on lap seven when Justin Henderson flipped on the front stretch. Henderson was unharmed in the incident. Henderson was named the A Plus Towing and Repair Hard Luck recipient.
Next up for the Property Solutions of America Midwest Sprint Touring Series is a three day date at Jackson Motorplex for the Jackson 360 national. The Friday – Sunday race is capped off with a $10,000 to win race.
