The Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series visit a pair of outstanding fairground facilities this weekend, Sept 17-18, with stops in Oshkosh & Plymouth. Thirteen different drivers have visited IRA victory lane thus far in 2010. Bill Balog has captured both previous Oshkosh rounds while Todd Hepfner won at Plymouth. This Friday at Oshkosh is the final round of the Budweiser Triple Crown, while Saturday at Sheboygan County Fair Park in Plymouth is the 14th Annual Frank Filskov Memorial Fall Classic.
