Inside Line Promotions – BURLISON, Tenn. (July 31, 2018) – Brandon Hanks is heading west for a marquee 305ci winged sprint car event this weekend.
Hanks will drive for Scott Brown and Terry Steward during the 305 Belleville Sprint Nationals on Friday and Saturday at Belleville High Banks in Belleville, Kan.
“Scott and Terry have probably one of the best 305s in the country,” he said. “I feel like I have one of the best shots at winning. I have some of the best equipment so I know I’m going to have a good car. I’m just excited to get there and see what I can do.”
Hanks earned a sixth-place result during his season debut for Brown and Steward earlier this month.
This weekend also marks only his second visit to Belleville High Banks, where he competed with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour presented by SawBlade.com in May 2015.
“It’s been a couple of years since I went to Belleville,” he said. “I didn’t get to run many laps that night because of mechanical problems, but I remember I liked the track.”
