DELMAR, DE (July 15th, 2018)-
Robbie Stillwaggon was simply unbeatable at the ½ mile of Delaware International Speedway in the Capitol Renegade United Racing Club feature event. Stillwaggon, a decorated Northeast 360 sprint car driver secured the pole position through a redraw after finishing second in his heat.
Curt Michael did all he could to catch the flying Stillwaggon, but to no avail. Michael was the only car to break the 109 mph barrier of the night in hot laps and was the only car to be in the 16 second bracket in the heat races.
Josh Weller was the Frank’s Fine Swine and Beef Hard Charger after stating in 9th and making his way around the track to finish a solid fourth. Weller utilized the top and bottom of the race track, finessing his way through traffic with ease.
