DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (July 4, 2018) - The Mountain West Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series will be headlining the Independence Weekend event at Jackpine Gypsies on Saturday night.
Round five of the 2018 season and the fourth time the NOW600 Mountain West Region has visited the Sturgis, South Dakota oval.
Two points currently separate Logan Hershey and Doug McIntosh in the A-Class division heading into Independence Day Weekend. Wren Jacobs sits third in season standings with Ryan Fulk and Martin Hansen bringing up fourth and fifth.
Nikko Bales leads the point standings in the Restricted 'A' Class division with the NOW600 Mountain West Region with a seven point lead over Tallen Hansen. Chance Babich is third.
Gates open at 5pm on Saturday with Racing getting underway at 7pm.
