Races on for Off Road Speedway in Norfolk!

The Property Solutions of America Midwest Sprint Touring Series and Carpetland Nebraska 360 Sprint Series presented by Malvern Bank will race together Saturday at Off Road Speedway in Norfolk, Nebraska.

Track officials are aware of the forecast but say getting the track in shape shouldn’t be a problem.

"The facility is dry and we are shaping up to have an excellent night of racing,” said speedway manager Brian Signor. "We have an excellent drainage system in place and it was just a few weeks ago that we got 3/4 inches of rain at 3 Saturday morning, and we were racing that evening. We expect another standing room only crowd to watch these amazing machines tackle the semi banked facility!"

Jack Dover enters competition with five recent wins across five states. He sits atop the Nebraska 360 standings and is number two on the MSTS points sheet. Dover has won both previous Nebraska 360/MSTS events at the track, despite a late surge by Jason Martin at the 2017 event.

"I love tracks that are "elbows up" and separate the men from the boys,” said Dover. “As drivers, we love the fan base that comes to Off Road Speedway. We look up into the stands and see standing room only crowds and that creates an excitement to put on the best show possible for the fans!"

Pit Gates open Saturday at 4:30 with the grandstand gate opening at 5 p.m. Hot Laps are scheduled for 7 and racing at 7:30. Adult tickets are $17, kids 7-15 are $6 and 6 and under are free.
