Medford,OR As the Bruce racing team rolled into the historic Knoxville raceway they had hi hopes for the week to come. The festivities got off to good start as TBJ rattled off a 7th quick qualifying time. With the format being what it is by fully inverting the field it makes it especially hard to transfer from the back of your heat as TBJ ran 6th witch would be two spots short of transfering to the A-feature, thus he was relegated to the B-main.Starting 4th in the B-main with the caliber drivers that the 360 nationals pulls in it would be no easy task running in the top four as this is what he would need to transfer into the A-feature.Once the B-main started TBJ rocketed into the lead on the 4th lap racing past Scott Winters on the low side of three and four ,he then set sail and was never seriously challenged again .Lining up 21st in the a feature would again prove to be no walk in the park moving forward and gathering much needed points for the weeks points totals. As the race ran its coarse TBJ would proceed to run in the back of the pack until the near end of the race as a caution came out for Zach Chappel when his car slowed on the front strech with motor issues on lap 16.With four laps remaining TBJ took advantage of the late race restart advancing from 18th to 10th in just four laps making him the hard charger on the night advancing from 21st to 10th.This would lock him into saturday night's 10,000 to win 360 nationals A-feature lining up 12th.TBJ would end up advancing to 7th in the feature event out of the 100+ stacked field of cars.
