Matt Vandervere behind the wheel of the Dan Wade owned 15v utilized the high side of the high banked Beaver Dam Raceway to lead all 20 laps in route to victory with the Auto Meter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints presented by the IRA.
Qualifying saw Jimmy Sivia set quick time over Nick Petska. Nathan Crane would qualify in 3rd with Chris Dodd in 4th and Ryan Zelski in 5th.
Heat 1 saw Sivia keep his hopes of sweeping the night stay alive as he picked up the heat win over Scott Grissom. Chris Dodd brought his Bumper to Bumper sponsored 01 home in 3rd over Craig Campton and Derek Crane.
Heat 2 was won by veteran driver Tim Cox. Ryan Zielski brought his 21 across the line in 2nd followed by Randy Stanford. Chris Klemko would finish in 4th and former IRA winged 410 standout Dennis Spitz rounded out the top 5.
Heat Race 3 would see a pair of 2 dominate as Byron Minnesota’s Jimmy Kouba picked up the win over defending Champion Jordan Mattson. Nathan Crane finished 3rd over Jake Kouba, and Matt Vandervere finished in the 5th position.
The B main saw rookie competitor and former Beaver Dam Legends driver Vince Bartolotta pick up the win over former wingLESS series champion Doug Schenck. Craig Lager would finish in 3rd position over Anna Hippe and Shawn Swim.
As the A main got underway, most of the field went to the bottom of the Beaver Dam Raceway, but Matt Vandervere took the white and red 15v up to the cushion and took the early lead. Through cautions and restarts Matty V hung on to the top spot and would not be bested. After 20 laps of green flag action the Dan Wade owned 15v machine pulled into victory lane. Craig Campton brought the Final Effort Racing 7 car home in 2nd position with Nathan Crane rounding out the podium. Ryan Zielski would finish in the 4th spot and Tom Cox in the Meyer #40 would round out the top 5.
