CRSA History Runs Deep At Fonda

Sodus, NY – The SuperGen Products with Champion Power Equipment CRSA Sprint Car Series started in 2006 and ever since has been showcasing their cars and stars to race fans all over the Northeastern United States. The Fonda Speedway is one of the longest CRSA tracks in the region, having appeared on the schedule since the 2009 season.

In that time a total of 16 A-Main events have been run with ten different drivers picking up victories. Leading the way on the all-time is former track Modified regular Danny Varin. Varin has four A-Main wins at the Track of Champions with the CRSA. Three drivers have two wins each at Fonda – Josh Pieniazek, Cory Sparks and Kyle Smith. Single A-Main wins are held by Dylan Swiernik, John Matrafailo, Tyler Rice, Jordan Thomas, Mike Kiser and Brett Jaycox.

The 2018 SuperGen Products with Champion Power Equipment CRSA Sprint Car Series will kick off the season on Saturday April 28th at the Track of Champions, the Fonda Speedway. This will be the first of three trips to the legendary half-mile located along the banks of the mighty Mohawk River. The CRSA returns on a pair of Saturdays – June 30th and September 15th.
