Inside Line Promotions – BENTON RIDGE, Ohio (April 16, 2018) – Greg Wilson has a World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series tripleheader on tap this weekend for the first time since the season-opening event in February.

Wilson and his Hercules Tires, DNC Hydraulics, Ohio Logistics and Gear Alloy Wheels sponsored team are scheduled to compete this Friday at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Ark.; Saturday at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo., during the Spring Classic; and Sunday at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Ind.

“We’re excited the weather looks promising and we might actually be able to get some races in this week,” he said. “It’s been a wet start to the season and half our races have been rained out. Hopefully the weather will turn for the better soon.”

Friday will mark Wilson’s first-ever World of Outlaws race at Riverside International Speedway.

“I know that track can get really slick,” he said. “We’ve worked on improving our car on a slick track so Friday could be a good test to see our progress.”

Wilson finished one position shy of his career-best result of sixth place, which he set in 2012, during last season’s lone race at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.

“It’s an elbows-up track that is a lot of fun to race,” he said. “When they get it right that track will have a fast lane against the wall and a fast lane right on the very bottom. It makes for an entertaining show.”

Wilson earned a career-best 10th-place finish at Tri-State Speedway in 2013.

“We haven’t got to race at Tri-State Speedway very often so we’re still fine-tuning our setup for that track,” he said. “I think the drivers who set themselves up for success through qualifying are the ones in contention at the end of the night so we need to make sure we time in well.”
