Inside Line Promotions – TULSA, Okla. (March 10, 2018) – Chris Cochran, Harley Hollan and Garth Kasiner doubled up on the weekend by recording Terry Walker Memorial feature victories on Saturday at Port City Raceway during the finale of the Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass tripleheader.
All three drivers kicked off the event on Thursday by scoring feature triumphs and all three competitors earned enough points in Friday’s event to garner one of the four lock-in positions to Saturday’s A Main.
Cochran started third in the Stock Non-Wing main event and held off seventh-starting Holley Hollan for the victory. Hank Davis advanced from 10th to third place with Blake Battles finishing fourth and Matt Ward fifth after starting 20th.
Holley Hollan, Avery Goodman and Harlan Hulsey were the heat race winners while Brendon Wisely captured the B Main triumph.
Harley Hollan capitalized on drawing the pole position for the Winged ‘A’ Class main event as he won the 27-lap feature. Battles ended second with Kasiner third, Jim Woods fourth and 12th-starting Emerson Axsom placed fifth.
Kasiner, Jake Nail, Caleb Pence and Woods each won a heat race. Goodman and Chase Randall both claimed a B Main victory.
Kasiner outlasted seventh-starting Wyatt Siegel to win the Restricted ‘A’ Class main event. Shawn Mahaffey, who was the winner on Friday, finished third with Glenn Bratti charging from 20th to fourth. Baron Silva rounded out the top five.
Chase Hyland, Elizabeth Phillips and Siegel claimed heat race victories and Landon Crawley picked up the B Main win.
The Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass will return to action March 23-24 at Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, Texas.
