Inside Line Promotions – LAKE STEVENS, Wash. (March 9, 2018) – A pair of Vaportrail Clothing athletes posted impressive performances last week.
California native Carson Macedo scored a third-place finish on Saturday during the Krikke Boys Shootout, which was hosted by Quit Bunbury Speedway in Bunbury, West Australia, Australia.
It was a fitting end to his offseason spent competing in Australia. Macedo finished third in the World Series Sprintcars championship standings and he garnered the Hoosier Hard Charger Award for passing the most cars throughout the season.
Fellow Vaportrail athlete Aaron Reutzel enjoyed a solid start to his season last week when he captured a top-five finish with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series on Thursday at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas in Las Vegas.
Reutzel won the dash to garner the pole position for the FVP Outlaw Showdown. He ran second for the first six laps and was in contention for a podium throughout much of the A Main before finishing fifth.
