DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (February 14, 2018) - Muskogee, Oklahoma's, Gunner Bowden is in the hunt for three Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by MyRacePass Championships in 2018.
The 12 year old is currently the only driver looking to claim all three National Championships this season which would result in a $5,000 pay day.
In 2017, Gunner competed in 10 Restricted 'A' Class and four Winged A-Class events with the Lucas Oil NOW600 Series. Out of the 10 Restricted 'A' Class events Gunner's best finish was a second place finish on 6/3 at I-44 Riverside Speedway in Oklahoma City.
In the four Winged A-Class races contended, Bowden's best finish was a fifth place finish on 5/27 also at I-44.
We invite you to our 2018 season opener this Friday and Saturday as Gunner and the rest of the nations best will go head to head at Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, Texas.
