Attica, OH—May 21, 2010—Heavy rain throughout the morning at Attica Raceway Park that has left the parking lot and pit area under water, has forced the cancellation of the World of Outlaws event originally scheduled for tonight (May 21) at the high-banked 1/3-mile. There is no rain date as of this time.
Entering this weekend, Joey Saldana sits on top of the World of Outlaws championship standings by 13 markers over 20-time series champion Steve Kinser, with Jason Meyers, the series leading winner this season third, only 20 points out of the lead. Donny Schatz, the four-time and defending series champion is currently fourth in points with Jason Sides rounding out the Top-Five.
The World of Outlaws return to action on Saturday, May 22 at I-96 Speedway with the Rumble in Michigan.
