Inside Line Promotions – LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (Sept. 20, 2017) – X-1 Race Cars is recording success from all parts of the country.
Ryan Smith had a great run in his X-1 Race Car chassis during the famed Tuscarora 50 at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pa., earlier this month. The competition was stiff, but Smith brought home two top 10s out of 60-plus racers, including a second-place finish.
“We had a great Tuscarora weekend at Port Royal,” Smith said. “Not only with our X-1 chassis, but also with our whole team and everyone involved.”
James Mosher also found recent success in his X-1 Race Cars chassis as he made his way to Victory Lane at Sandia Speedway in Albuquerque, N.M.
“We’ve had a really good season all in all,” he said. “We have probably 15 top fives, a handful of second-place finishes and now a win. We’ve had this success ever since we switched to the X-1 chassis.”
Ryan Linder, owner of X-1 Race Cars, personally makes each one of his race cars and fixes them when needed.
“We crashed a couple cars this year and Ryan has taken them all back, fixed them up and made them run like they’re brand new,” Smith said. “The craftsmanship, performance and consistency that X-1 provides to our team is second to none.”
Quality over quantity is associated with Linder and X-1 Race Cars. Mosher even spent a whole weekend at Linder’s house watching him build a car before he decided to buy one.
“Linder is so meticulous about how he builds his cars,” Mosher said. “Personally, I think it’s the nicest built car I’ve ever seen. I’m so impressed with how well it works and would tell anyone who’s chasing their tail to go take a look X-1 Race Cars.”
