TULSA, Okla. (August 17, 2017) Lake Ozark Speedway continues to add bigger shows to their list of events in 2017 with the latest falling on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3 with the Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region presented by Impact Signs, Awnings, and Warps in action for the eighth edition of the Lake Ozark 360 Nationals.
With Randolph County Raceway stepping away from the dates, Lake Ozark Speedway owner, Tim Trimble, stepped up to take over the Labor Day event.
In addition to taking on the extra dates, Trimble is offering teams plenty of incentive as Saturday’s A-Main will pay $2,000 to win and $250 to start with Sunday’s finale upping the payout to $4,000 to win, $400 to start but it only gets better as the track has put up a $5,000 bonus to any driver who can sweep the weekend. Not a bad way to potentially pocket $11,000.
Saturday, September 2 will include ULMA Late Models and A-Mods. Admission is $20 for adults with kids five and under free. Sunday, September 3 swaps out support classes for B-Mods and Street Stocks. Admission is $25 with kids five and under still free into the grandstands. Both days open at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (CDT)
Including the Labor Day double headers, Lake Ozark Speedway will be a near weekly destination in September with events for the ASCS Warrior Region on Saturday, September 9 and Saturday, September 16 before the series joins up with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network for the seventh annual $10,000 to win Hocket/McMillin Memorial at Lucas Oil Speedway on September 21, 22, and 23.
