Inside Line Promotions – BILLINGS, Mont. (July 11, 2017) – BMP Speedway welcomes the return of the Northwest Challenge Series this Saturday as part of four classes of race cars competing at the 3/8-mile dirt oval.

The Northwest Challenge Series, which was created under the banners of the NSA Series, which is based in Montana and has roots in Western Canada, and the Washington-state based Summer Thunder Sprint Series, features 360ci winged sprint cars that debuted at BMP Speedway on June 17.

Kelly Hample has earned a track-leading three feature wins in the WISSOTA late models division. However, David Smith has won the last two races with Eddie Kirchoff also reaching Victory Lane.

Cory Craver was the first driver to score four victories this season as he has claimed half of the eight WISSOTA street stock races. Devin Kenaston has a pair of triumphs and Troy Lorenz and Dwayne Fowler have also picked up wins this season.

Rod Lorenz leads the way in the WISSOTA midwest modifieds class with a trio of trips into the Winner’s Circle. Marvin Gonzales, Cody Kuglin, Dan Wheeler, Eric Mass and Dennis Hurd each have one victory.

The front gates are slated to open at 5:30 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
