Inside Line Promotions – BILLINGS, Mont. (June 19, 2017) – One of the biggest WISSOTA midwest modifieds events of the season is on tap for this Saturday at BMP Speedway.
The Mid Mod Monster Mash will pay $1,000 to win and is expected to draw the top racers from the region. WISSOTA late models, WISSOTA super stocks and the Rocky Mountain Sprint Car Series are on the program as well.
Rod Lorenz is the only driver to score multiple WISSOTA midwest modifieds victories this season. He won the season opener as well as last Saturday’s show. Marvin Gonzales and Cody Kuglin have also recorded wins this season.
Also of note, the average starting position for the WISSOTA midwest modifieds A Main winner this season is 6.5.
Kelly Hample has maneuvered from fourth and from sixth to earn the two WISSOTA late models main event triumphs this season.
Jeremy Meirhofer has posted back-to-back WISSOTA super stocks victories and he leads the class with three wins in five races this year. Vance Lorenz and Jordan Tocci have also picked up victories.
Three of the five WISSOTA super stocks A Mains have been won from the third starting position with Meirhofer accomplishing that feat each of the last two races.
The front gates are slated to open at 5:30 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets are $14 ($12 pre-buy) for adults and $10 ($8 pre-buy) for seniors, military members and students ages 12 to 17 years old. Admission is free for children ages 11 and younger. Pit passes are $30 per person.
