Grays Harbor Raceway is back in action this Saturday night with the 360 Sprint Cars, Cut Rate Auto Parts Street Stocks and the Washington Modified Tour. Last time the 360 Sprint Cars took to the 3/8 banked clay oval was during the Summer Thunder Sprint Series on June 3rd with Medford, Ore driver Roger Crockett picking up the win. The first points race of 2017 for the 360 Sprint Cars saw Lake Stevens driver Austen Wheatley pick up the win over Chase and Reece Goetz, both of Snohomish.
Last Saturday night the Cut Rate Auto Parts Street Stocks had the weekend off, they will make their return this weekend as Jason Tole of Hoquiam will look to make it two in a row as he picked up a shortened feature on June 3rd. Jack Parhall of Hoquiam and Scott Fritts of Montesano rounded out the top three. Tom Sweatman of Cosmopolis picked up the win the last time the Washington Modified Tour made it's appearance on May 6th. Jeremy Martin of Warren, Ore and Kyler Moore of Seabeck rounded out the top three. Last weekend the Modifieds did have a regular points race at GHR with Corbett, Ore driver Collen Winebarger picked up the win over Grey Ferrando of Stayton, Ore and Sweatman rounded out the top three.
Gates will open at 5:30PM with racing beginning at 7PM!
