Starks captured his first career Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions feature win on Sunday at Bedford Speedway in Bedford, Pa. It also marked his first career triumph racing with the vaunted Pennsylvania Posse.
Lawrence claimed his first-ever midget win on Friday at Boyd Raceway in Boyd, Texas, with the USAC Speed2 Gulf Coast Midget Series.

Derek Hagar produced runner-up results on Friday at I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater, Tenn., and on Saturday at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn., with the USCS Series.
Jason Sides earned a season-best second-place finish on Friday at Plymouth Speedway in Plymouth, Ind., with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series.
Ryan Smith netted a second-place result on Saturday at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pa., with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions.
Harli White finished third and fifth, respectively, last weekend at Deep South Speedway in Loxley, Ala., with the ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints.
Chase Johnson charged to a fourth-place finish on Saturday at Petaluma Speedway in Petaluma, Calif., with the Sprint Car Challenge Tour.
Anthony Miller recorded a fourth-place result on Saturday at Florence Motor Speedway in Timmonsville, S.C., with the South East Limited Late Model Series to maintain his lead in the championship standings.
Dominic Scelzi maneuvered from 16th to fifth last Friday at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, Calif.
