Two new Winners, One Repeat Winner
The Champion Racing Oil/BR Motorsports Central PA Sprint Cars were rained out for the 4th time this year at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night. The weather cleared for Saturday with two shows on tap. Gerard McIntyre Jr won his first series feature for 2017 at Lincoln Speedway. At Port Royal Speedway it was Doug Esh back in victory lane for the second week in a row. The weather just got better as the weekend went along and Logan Wagner won the sprint car show at Susquehanna Speedway on Sunday April 9th.
With two wins and a 2nd place in his last three shows, Doug Esh moved on top of the Champion Racing Oil/BR Motorsports Central PA Sprint Cars points over Greg Hodnett and Danny Dietrich.
The series continues this coming weekend with Williams Grove Speedway on Friday April 14th. Lincoln and Port Royal Speedways both run on Saturday April 15th.
