Linder Ready for All Star Season After Big Move Across the Country

Inside Line Promotions – OCALA, Fla. (April 8, 2017) – Ryan Linder kicked off his season approximately two months ago at the Bubba Army Winter Nationals, which was a three-day Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions event hosted by Bubba Raceway Park. While three B Main finishes wasn’t what he hoped for, Linder continued to learn and improve every night.

Since then, Linder has had his plate full. Between relocating both his business – X-1 Race Cars – and his race team from Arizona to Pennsylvania, there was a lot to do in a short amount of time.

“I had a heck of a time getting everything ready to move here,” he said. “From finishing up my workshop and getting that all packed to trying to get the race stuff ready to go, it was a lot to get done. One of the guys that helped me in Phoenix was Bobby Rider. He helped me get a lot of things packed up and built the mule to get it out here.”

Linder has had the help of many people, including Adamsky Trucking and Joe Adamsky, who bought a race trailer in Phoenix for his own race car and used it to help Linder move to Pennsylvania.

“I might have taken on a bit more than I originally thought, but because of the people around me I’ve been able to do all of this,” Linder said. “Jeremy Bitner has helped me get my car ready in the short amount of time we’ve had, and Dale and Dakota Schweikart let me work out of their shop. Hopefully that will be up and running soon and I can start building some more race cars.”

Linder also credited his wife, Holly, and his daughter, Christy, for their help in getting things ready for the big move and the racing season.

This is Linder’s first year driving a 410ci sprint car full time and he plans to run the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions series.

“I’m really looking forward to running with the All Stars,” he said. “It’s something that I’ve wanted to do since I was a kid in Indiana. The first wing race I ever saw was an All Star race and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to come out here.”

Linder said he plans to head to Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pa., on Saturday to shake down the car before the next All Star event this Sunday at Atomic Speedway in Chillicothe, Ohio.
