The Capitol Renegade United Racing Club 70th Anniversary Season Opener is only about three weeks from now at Bridgeport Speedway on Sunday, April 9th.
Race teams are busy preparing their race cars, but we would like to remind everyone that this racing season, racers must be full URC members or buy a one race night temporary permit at the track from URC. To try and make things a little easier for everyone at Bridgeport, we ask that teams go to http://www.unitedracingclub.net/rules/ and print out the Membership, Driver Media Sheet and the W9 forms. You may send them to URC, 1 Chairville Road, Medford, NJ 08055 or have them ready at the races on Sunday, April 9th at Bridgeport. It is important for your team and for URC that you fill out the Drivers Media Sheet. URC will be keeping these in a booklet to give to each race track announcer, so they will have all of the information needed on each Race Team, Driver and Transponder #.
While on the URC website please look over the 2017 rules and the Wingless Series rules. We also just added information and an application for driver insurance from STIDA, (Please take the time to review this very important insurance)
