Ventura, CA……..Jesse Love IV of Menlo Park, Calif. is the 2016 USAC Western HPD Midget Dirt Champion after winning Saturday night’s 20-lap finale at Ventura Raceway. Love passed Jet Davison on lap six and led the rest of the way to beat Davison, Randi Pankratz, Ashley Hazelton and Joel Rayborne. Hazelton and Antonia Boscacci finished 2-3 in the final dirt standings.
