Stu Snyder to Attend Jon Gillett Memorial Race This Saturday!

With the 2016 racing season coming to a close here in the Midwest, Stu Snyder and the SLS Motorsports team will prepare for the last race of the season for the #23bc. Saturday, October 15th Stu and team will head northwest to Butler County Speedway in Rising City, Nebraska for the Jon Gillett Memorial race. With all previously scheduled races being cancelled, the promoter of Butler County has decided to put together a somewhat last minute show that'll host the 360 sprint cars. The memorial race in honor of Jon Gillett is set to pay out a purse of $18,650.00 with $2,500 to the winner, $1,500 to the 2nd place, and $1,000 to the 3rd place finisher. The sprint cars will participate in a time-trial session, heat race, and a 30-lap feature event, with 24 cars starting the main event.

Races are set to start at 7:00 pm, and admission to the grandstands will be $20 for adults with 12 and under getting in free of charge. For additional information, visit www.butlercountyspeedway.com!
