Inside Line Promotions – LONGDALE, Okla. (Sept. 13, 2016) – Saturday night will mark the final points race of the season for Longdale Speedway.
All regular classes will compete in addition to the United Rebel Sprint Series and Sprint Series of Oklahoma, which are co-sanctioning a marquee sprint car event that pays $1,000 to win.
While the sprint car show will be the first and final of the season at the 3/8-mile track, several championships will be on the line.
Hunter McDonald holds a 120-point lead in the IMCA modifieds championship standings over Cole Traugott with Jessie Hoskins ranked third – only three points behind Traugott.
Kaleb Roach leads the IMCA sport mods standings by 23 points with Daylon Bergeron ranked second and Courtney McCartney third (30 points out of the lead).
The closest battle is in the IMCA stock car class as Landon Maddux owns a six-point advantage over Hesston Shaw with Kenny Sorrels third in the standings – 115 points behind Maddux.
Dustin Exline has an 18-point lead in the grand national championship standings with Lance Sessions still in striking distance. Jon Herring is third (93 points out of the top spot).
Matt Shenberger and Craig Ridgway are neck in neck in the intermediate sports mods with Shenberger leading by only 10 points. Rayce Hacker sits 42 points out of the lead in third.
Tyler Scruggs leads the pure stocks championship standings by 32 points over Barry Schievink with Alex Fennema only one point behind Schievink.
Adult tickets are $15. Tickets for seniors and military members are $12. Children ages 12 and younger get in free.
The front gate will open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m.

LONGDALE SPEEDWAY –
Longdale Speedway is a semi-banked, 3/8-mile clay oval located in Longdale, Okla. Longdale features a gravel pit area off of the backstretch with a concrete viewing area. The pits also include concessions and a full parts store, including tires and fuel.
