We all have watched the world of racing from race tracks to series become extinct from bad mouthing to the rapidly spreading of internet slandering. It impacts the sport more than people think. A simple series can be ruined by just 1 social media/internet post. Just because someone had a bad night & took to the internet. Its that easy to depleat something that people work so hard to keep alive. This organization is ran by the officials for no pay. Time & lots of time is taken away from the officials family to keep this series afloat. Hence our rules. We will not sit by and watch something that is good, drown. Our series is designed to grow racers. To help racers reach their dreams & goals. It is not perfect. But we sure strive for it to be as good as it can. With that said, the Lonestar 600' s have this rule, printed very clearly with in our rules. Any driver/crew making derogatory remarks (on social media or internet message boards) about Lone star 600's or officials are subject to suspension. After Lonestar 600's Saturday night event, a YouTube video has been created with the 600's A-feature event. As well as unnecessary text slandering written & issued by Glen Traylor. Driver Collin Traylor's father & crew. This will not be tolerated. There is no reason why a video of such should have been made to slander our series. Calls are made by Lone star 600's officials and track officials. We may not always agree. That is why you are always welcome to come speak to any official about whatever issue it may be. We preach within our series to be respectful. We all come as human beings and often enough we all are known to forget how harsh our words (written or said) can effect someone or something. Therefore, sadly, we have had to use our rule. Something we had hoped would never be used. Collin Traylor & crew have been SUSPENDED from ANY Lonestar 600's events for the rest of the year. With this being said, we do not have any hard feelings for Collin or crew. We understand anger leads to wrong doings. However, wrong doings do have consequences, And sadly this consequence effects Collin in this incident. We welcome Collin & crew to join us again for 2017 season.
