Eleven Dates Remaining

While many series and tracks are preparing to host their final events of 2016, it's the absolute contrary with the 50th Anniversary season of the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series. Eleven dates remain as of this writing including several of the years biggest. This weekend August 19-21 the IRA has a trio events as the series headlines the Kenosha County Fair in Wilmot with full shows Friday & Saturday, with Saturday's annual Roger Iles Tribute paying $3600 to win the 36 lap finale. Then Sunday it's CornFest at historic Angell Park and this year we're bringing the World of Outlaws with us! The following weekend August 27 -28, MOWA comes north to play with IRA as the annual Bill Waite Jr Memorial thrill show takes place at LaSalle Speedway Saturday followed by a return trip to Angell Park on Sunday. Labor Day weekend has IRA headlining the Sheboygan County Fair in Plymouth on Friday, and then moving to the popular 141 Speedway on Sunday. The next weekend September 9-10 is another traditional doubleheader as it's the Northern Nationals at Superior's Amsoil Speedway Friday, and then the big Jerry Richert Memorial at the highbanked Cedar Lake Speedway Saturday. Saturday September 17th is the 2nd annual Scott Semmelman Memorial at Beaver Dam Raceway. The weekend of Sept 24th is being held for a Wilmot Fair raindate as of today, with the season finale Checkered Classic (in memory of Dick Witt & Dick Symoens) closing out the season October 1st at the Dodge County Fairgrounds half-mile. Jeremy Schultz, Scotty Thiel, and Scotty Neitzel have a great point battle going as the series heads into the final third of the season.
