Inside Line Promotions – WINDOM, Minn. (Aug. 1, 2016) – The battle for the lead in the National Sprint League championship standings remains hot as the series will take this weekend off.

Danny Lasoski and Craig Dollansky have swapped the top spot five times this season with Lasoski regaining the lead during a tripleheader last weekend. He will take a 15-point advantage into the next NSL event, which is Monday, Aug. 8, at Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, Iowa, for the 21st annual Front Row Challenge.

The $20,000-to-win event, which features a unique format, was won by current World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series championship contender Brad Sweet last year after Brian Brown claimed the previous two years.

Daryn Pittman, Sammy Swindell, Lasoski, Jac Haudenschild and Terry McCarl are among the other drivers to reach Victory Lane at the event.

Swindell is the only competitor to win it three times with Brown, Pittman and Pennsylvania’s Lance Dewease the only other drivers to win it multiple times.

Lasoski leads the way for the most top fives (six) and top 10s (eight) during the history of the event.

Many of the top drivers in the nation will tackle the event, which offers a variety of bonus money and prizes for the competitors. Here is a list of several bonuses:

• Fast qualifier receives a $500 cash bonus courtesy of Country Builders Construction
• Heat race winners receive $500 cash from Country Builders Construction along with a $500 certificate from All Pro Cylinder Heads, a SnowPlow snow pusher from TheSnowPlow.com and a five-pound canister of protein from Nutrishop in Maple Grove, Minn.
