The Lonestar 600's were sent into a frenzy when a track in the area closed down. We were left to find a new place to race for those 4 dates. It was tough but not to tough to find those dates a new home. The Lonestar 600's would like to thank all the drivers in the area. Why you ask. Well due to our growing support and excellent car counts the tracks in our area were contacted and with no hesitation they accepted the dates. Well one was left open to try and venture to a brand new track for Lonestar to travel to. Well that unfortunately did not happen. However when we got news that it was not going to happen we immediately called Gulf Coast Speedway and they agreed to add the series to there race program for the Aug 20th weekend. This will be a double header as we will be in Beaumont racing Golden Triangle Raceway Park Aug 19th. Thank you to the staff at Gulf Coast Speedway for welcoming the Lonestar 600's for that weekend.

We will be off this weekend July 23rd. But we will be back in action July 30th at Gator Motorplex.
