Bellm Eyes ASCS Warrior Red, White & Blue Tour

Lonnie Wheatley, NIXA, Mo. (June 30, 2016) – After a weekend off to regroup, Kyle Bellm and the Resource Asset Management Solutions (RAMS) No. 14k Sprint Car team are itching to get back into racing action this weekend.

Plans call for Bellm and the PPG Automotive Finishes/Colorvision team to take in all three legs of the ASCS Warrior Region’s “Red, White & Blue Tour” beginning with Friday night’s card at Fulton, Missouri’s Callaway Raceway before moving on to Moberly’s Randolph County Raceway on Saturday and the California, Missouri’s Double X Speedway on Sunday night.

“We’re really looking forward to this weekend, we’ve been really strong at two of the three tracks (Callaway and Double X) in the past so we should have a good opportunity to get a win or two,” Bellm explains.

Bellm was poised for a good feature run in the Schure Built Suspensions/Christian County Collision Repair machine at Callaway Raceway earlier this season after a strong heat race run before weather stopped the feature event and has finished on the podium in a previous pair of visits to Double X Speedway this season.

Should weather come into play as the weekend progresses, Plans “B” and “C” and beyond are already being formulated with a potential trek to Knoxville Raceway on Saturday the leading possibility.

“If the weather goes bad around here, it would be a good chance to get a few laps at Knoxville before the 360 Nationals,” Bellm commented.

Where ever the Bybee Lawn Care/Dynotech Racing Engines entry may end up this weekend, Bellm looks to pick off a win or two for the Schaeffer Oil/Prater Designs/Racinboys entry before another three-night run next weekend that includes two ASCS Red River Regional cards at Oklahoma’s Creek County Speedway and Outlaw Motor Speedway before moving on to Little Rock’s I-30 Speedway.

2016 Quick Stats: 21 races, 1 win, 6 top-fives, 7 top-tens.

Up Next: ASCS Warrior Region “Red, White and Blue Tour” on July 1-3 at Callaway Raceway (Fulton, MO), Randolph County Raceway (Moberly, MO) and Double X Speedway (California, MO).
