The Carpetland Nebraska 360 Sprint Series will make an inaugural stop to the semi banked 1/3 mile Off Road Speedway in Norfolk, NE this Saturday night June, 18th. This is the 4th stop for the series as Don Droud, Jr. picked up his 2nd win of the series and 2 in a row Saturday night at Junction Motor Speedway. This race is also co sanctioned by Midwest Sprint Touring Series (MSTS)
Look for 4 wide racing throughout the night at this brand new facility that opened for racing last year. “The track is a 1/3 mile semi-banked oval and is 85 feet wide in the corners and 65 feet wide on the front and back stretches,” says Jerry Pospisil, promoter of the speedway. “The track will be fast and fun, he added.
Hot laps will be at 6:30 and racing starts at 7:00. The Off Road Speedway is located east of Norfolk, NE at 2904 Old Highway 8.
