Inside Line Promotions – WINDOM, Minn. (May 26, 2016) – Friday’s GoMuddy.com National Sprint League 360 NCRA/NSL Region event at Salina Speedway has been postponed because of severe weather that has hammered the area this week with additional rain in the forecast.
The race at the 3/8-mile oval in Salina, Kan., has been rescheduled for Friday, June 17.
“Our area has been hit really hard with storms this week and it doesn’t appear like it is going to let up on Friday so we are forced to postpone the race,” GoMuddy.com NSL 360 NCRA/NSL Region Competition Director Mark Lary said. “The forecast looks much better for Saturday’s race at 81 Speedway, which is still on.”
Saturday’s event at 81 Speedway in Park City, Kan., will now turn into the lone race of the weekend for the region. Hot laps are set to begin at 6 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m.
Adult tickets are $15 with children ages 6 to 10 only $5. Children 5 and younger get in free.

CASH BOWL –
The GoMuddy.com NSL 360 Series has more than $500,000 up for grabs during the 2016 season. The series established the ‘Cash Bowl’ in an effort to allow racers from across the country a great opportunity to generate money. Any driver who competes in at least one national race and 15 regional races or 90 percent of any region’s events is eligible for the Cash Bowl, which pays $10 per point. The final night of a national event provides 120 points to win and eight points to start the main event. Regional races deliver 30 points to win and two points to start.
Additionally, the top five drivers in overall national and regional points at the end of the 2016 season will split more than $50,000 in bonus money with the national champion pocketing $20,000.
