In the Budweiser IMCA Modified flag to flag winner Craig Cassell will return to defend not only his win but his points lead. The Bridgeport street stock points leader Marc Farrar holds on to a “1” point lead over second place Travis Koch. The open wheel excitement of the 3 classes of Micros are back and the always side by side action of the late models will make your hair on your arms stand up will all be here.
This weekend we will be starting a few things earlier in the Pits. The back gate will be opening at 12:00 NOON - PLEASE get in and sign in with the back gate early so we don't have a long line at the drivers meeting time. The DRIVERS MEETING will be at 3:30-3:45 please make note of this when you are heading to the track. We will have a lot of cars and want to be able to give you all a hot lap session.
The map in this story gives you the layout of the entrances and camping areas. There will be NO CAMPING in the pits with individual campers or RVs unless you are towing your race trailer with car. We are very limited on the pit slots for the racers so we please ask if you are bringing an RV or hauler that is not hauling a race car to please not take a race car pit slot. We have camping in the upper parking lot which we have reserved ALL for camping, whether that be RV, travel trailer or tent. If you have any questions please contact Nikki at 503-476-7206. You may come in Friday night if you want to be early. We will be there with open arms waiting for you.
If you are looking for something to do this weekend with the family then Sunset Speedway the fastest ¼ bull ring, located In Banks OR should be on the top of your list. Just 21 miles west of down town Portland on Hwy 6 is the place to be. Racing action that is fun for the entire family!
