Wingless Sprint Series Make 2016 Debut At Madras Speedway

Madras, Oregon- This Saturday, May 7th, will make Non-Wing Sprint Car history in the Pacific Northwest as the brand new Wingless Sprint Series compete in their first race. It will be the first time since 2008 that Non-Wing racing has been under one banner. The venue the tour will make is Madras Speedway in gorgeous central Oregon.
A great car count is expected to be in attendance and for a good number of teams it will be their first, or first in a very long time, trip to the ¼-mile clay oval. No doubt it is a step in the correct direction for Non-Wing racing as a whole and is a sign of a bright future in the years to come.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:30, and Racing around 6:30. Adults are $10.00, Seniors/Military $6.00, Children (6-11) $5.00, and Kids 5 or younger are FREE. For more information log on to www.madrasspeedway.com.
