Inside Line Promotions – PUYALLUP, Wash. (Feb. 23, 2016) – Trey Starks is tackling the premier sprint car events on the 2016 schedule.
Starks will team up with Jeff McCall for approximately three dozen races, including the 33rd annual Kings Royal, the 56th annual FVP Knoxville Nationals, the 54th annual National Open and the Bad Boy Buggies World of Outlaws World Finals.
“We are racing all four of the crown jewel events of sprint car racing,” Starks said. “I’ve run each of them in the past, but I haven’t run all of them in the same year. I’m really looking forward to the opportunity Jeff has provided.”
Starks is slated to make his 2016 debut with McCall on April 8 at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, N.C., with the USCS Series. The duo finished second at the track last October.
Starks will compete in his family owned sprint car along the West Coast, beginning on March 3-4 at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas in Las Vegas with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series.
Starks is coming off a career-best season when he scored eight feature victories and the inaugural Western Sprint Tour championship.
