Starks swept sportsman main events on Friday and Saturday at Billings Motorsports Park in Billings, Mont., to give him a season-high five wins.
Rilat picked up his third trip to Victory Lane in Montana on Saturday at Billings Motorsports Park with the ASCS Frontier Region. He also ended fourth on Friday at the same track.
Scelzi captured his second King of the West 410 Sprint Car Series triumph of the season on Saturday at Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford, Calif.
Smith led all but two laps of the 50-lap Jim Ford Classic on Saturday at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions.
Additionally, Cody Freeman scored his first career micro sprint championship using a fourth-place finish last Saturday at Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, Texas, to claim the TOWR title.

Patrick Dills ended third on Saturday at Cottage Grove Speedway in Cottage Grove, Ore., en route to placing third in the 360ci championship standings.
Johnny Herrera recorded a third-place result during a Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour feature on Saturday at I-80 Speedway.
Brandon Hanks claimed a third-place finish on Saturday at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Ark., during his first 305ci feature of the season.
Danny Lasoski powered Big Game Motorsports to a fourth-place result on Saturday at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minn., with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series.
Jamie Ball charged from 16th to fifth on Saturday at 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa, to finish third in the Sprint Invaders championship standings.
