Terry McCarl pocketed $10,000 Sunday night, winning the final feature event at Huset’s Speedway.
McCarl stalked Dusty Zomer as the Buffalo Wild Wings 82 led the opening seven laps. McCarl was able to pilot his 24 around the bottom of the speedway and into the lead on lap eight. From there, McCarl would drive to the victory.
Tim Kaeding used countless slide jobs to move the 3 car to a second place finish with Zomer third. Zomer is the 2015 champion.
Dusty Ballenger got this second win of the year in the RaceSaver sprint division. He took over the lead on the third lap from early leader Trevor Mell. Casey Abbas is the champion.
Chris Breen had been working on his first win all season long while leading the micro sprint standings. On Sunday, he’d get that win at the same time as he claimed the season title.
Craig Hanisch took his first win of the year in the closing event of the Bolte’s Street Stocks. Gary Brown Jr. is the champion.
Ryan Walker won a thrilling B-Modified feature just edging Nick Barger by 0.088 and Colter Deutsch. Deutsch is the champion.
Nick Brady got his first career hobby stock win by a few inches over 2015 champion Dustin Gulbrandson.
