James “Jimmy” Campbell JR. will be remembered for his love of life. Jimmy has been involved in racing since the day he was born. His father was a long time stock car owner and sprint car owner. Also Jimmy’s father spent time as the United Racing Club president. Jimmy idolized his father and has competed in racing throughout his life. Jimmy spent time running his 410 weekly at Selinsgrove Speedway, a 600 at Trailways, and most recently a 410 throughout PA and NJ. Jim will be remembered for his love of racing, the smile on his face, and the kindness he has shown to every person he has ever met. Jim was happiest at the races, the Philadelphia Flyers game, or with his dog Bubba. Jim was owner of Campbell’s moving a company his family started over 100 years ago. Everything Jimmy has ever done he did it with a smile on his face and compassion in his heart. Jimmy is survived by his Mother Loretta, Brother Sean and Sister Lauren.
In honor of Jimmy Campbell Jr. URC will be collecting the wrist bands from last Fridays Williams Grove Speedway event and donating all of the money to Jimmy’s family. URC will be collecting the wrist bands at this Saturdays race at the Orange County Speedway. If you cannot bring your wrist band you can send them to Quality Auto Body 4510 RT130 Burlington NJ 08016.
