Lasoski Headlines Solid Weekend for Team ILP with Victory and Track Title

Inside Line Promotions – KNOXVILLE, Iowa (Aug. 13, 2015) – Inside Line Promotions driver Danny Lasoski achieved a pair of feats last weekend.

Lasoski and Mark Burch Motorsports captured their third 360 Knoxville Nationals preliminary win in the past four years on Thursday at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa. Lasoski then secured his record 10th track championship at Knoxville Raceway with a runner-up finish on Sunday during the 4th annual Capitani Classic driving for Big Game Motorsports.

Other Team ILP drivers with at least one top-five finish include:

Sammy Swindell recorded a trio of top fives at Knoxville Raceway. He placed second on Friday at the half-mile oval to kick off the 25th annual Arnold Motor Supply 360 Knoxville Nationals before finishing fifth on Saturday during the finale. Swindell also guided CJB Motorsports to a fourth-place result on Sunday during the Capitani Classic.

Giovanni Scelzi garnered a second-place finish on Friday at Plaza Park Raceway in Visalia, Calif., and a third-place result on Saturday at Delta Speedway in Stockton, Calif.

Trey Starks rallied from last to third place on Saturday at Skagit Speedway in Alger, Wash.

Cody Wampler scored a third-place result on Saturday at Lawton Speedway in Lawton, Okla.

Chase Johnson charged from 17th to third in a micro sprint on Saturday at Petaluma Speedway in Petaluma, Calif. He also picked up a fourth-place finish in a wingless sprint.

Cody Freeman continues to lead the TOWR championship standings following a fifth-place result on Saturday at Kennedale Speedway Park in Kennedale, Texas.

Kevin Swindell advanced to a fifth-place finish on Friday at Knoxville Raceway during 360 Knoxville Nationals preliminary competition.
