With rain in the forecast the JBMotorsports team made a last minute decision to not attend the Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway and head to Georgia for the Southern Swing of USCS Sprint Series. On Friday 07/17/15 the USCS series visited Boyd's Speedway in Georgia. Jim was fast in the heat race but would start in the back for the feature. The car was racy and Jim worked his way up and finished 10th with Marshall Skinner taking the win. On Saturday night 07/18/15 it was Dixie Speedway outside of Atlanta. Jim last saw the All Star Circuit of Champions in 1992 race at the track and had always wanted to race there himself. Jim had a strong heat race run and would start near the front of the feature. Jim looked strong early and was running in the top 10 when he looped the car in turn 3 and 4. Having to start in the back, Jim worked his way up running some of his fastest laps and keeping pace with leaders Turpen, Skinner and Riggins. However, Jim would make the same mistake and loop the car in the same corner again. Jim Finally would make his way back to 12th but had a car strong enough to be inside the top 10. Marshall Skinner would take his third win in a row to close out the Southern swing. Next for the team is the Iron Man 55 at Pevely, World of Outlaws event August 7-8.
