Freeman Tackling TOWR Event Saturday at Superbowl Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – LONGVIEW, Texas (June 29, 2015) – Cody Freeman is venturing to Superbowl Speedway this Saturday for the first time since capturing a victory there in March.

Freeman will return to the restrictor class at the bullring in Greenville, Texas, during the TOWR Series event.

“The first goal is to bring the car home in one piece,” he said. “I’m going to try to run like I did when I won last time.”

Freeman recorded the win in the restrictor class, which he will return to after spending the last two races in the A Class division.

“I’m definitely getting more comfortable in the A Class, but I'm excited to race on Saturday in the restricted class,” he said.

Freeman earned two wins and four top-five finishes in the restrictor class before advancing into the A Class this month. He finished 14th during his A Class debut and was on his way to a top 10 during his second race before being caught up in a crash.

“I have more experience in restricted so I think we can contend for a top five and a win if the circumstances are right,” he said.
