Madera, CA……..Tommy McCarthy of Mountain View, Calif. scored a pair of feature wins during Saturday night’s “Vukovich Classic” at Madera Speedway. He won the 30-lap USAC Western HPD Midget main and the accompanying 15-lap Restricted HPD feature as well. In the HPD finale he passed Toni Breidinger on lap 15 and led the rest of the way to beat Cody Jessop, Annie Breidinger, Dylan Nobile and Tom Paterson. He led all the way to win the Restricted feature over Jessop, Jesse Love IV, Ethan Lesser and Blake Brannon.
